Located at Coromandel New Zealand the house overlooks a really scenic area with the ocean on one side and a beautiful hill clad in a carpet of green on the other. Being flanked by such panoramic settings the beach house obviously tries to maximize on the views that it can offer and the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows on the top floor try and offer precisely that. Each room flows into another which gives the feeling of spaciousness as the home tries to maximize on the available area.
The interior sprawls over 280 square meters of living space in which there are two ensuite bedrooms a master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an additional room with extensive shelving and storage that can be used as an extra bedroom or a study.
It’s a fact that this Ukrainian beauty has got a neat orderly trim and a clearly organized systematic overall design while at the same time preserving comfort and warmth. No word how much the renovation went for but it surely looks like it’s worth every penny spent on it!
